There will be system maintenance activity taking place on 16 & 17 May 2021 at 11.00 PM (Sunday) till 12.00 AM (Monday)

ANNOUNCEMENT ON EPCO-ATIGA / EXCHANGE HUB SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE

This is to inform that there will be system maintenance activity taking place as per the following:

16 & 17 May 2021
 11.00 PM (Sunday) - 12.00 AM (Monday)

 

During this period, all incoming messages from ASW will be queued for processing. Normal operation of the gateway shall resume once the maintenance exercise completed.

To minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to plan ahead your activities and transactions.

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
