ANNOUNCEMENT: IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOMS DUTY (GOODS UNDER THE REGIONAL COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP) 2022

Reference made to the above subject

Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) has implemented the Customs Duty Order (Goods Under The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) 2022 (PDK RCEP 2022) effective from 18 March 2022.

We would like to announce that the solution to submit RCEP via system is ready, hence please contact your front-end vendors on the updates to cater the RCEP to avoid any issues with regards to the implementation latest by 28 April 2022.

However, should your front-end is ready with the requirement, you may proceed with electronic submission for RCEP declarations.
