ANNOUNCEMENT: FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MALAYSIA MARITIME SINGLE WINDOW (MMSW) SYSTEM AT PORT KLANG - UPDATES

Reference is made to the attached announcement from Port Klang Authority (PKA).

The announcement highlights issues with inaccurate vessel particulars submitted by Shipping Agents during the early stages of implementing MMSW for ship clearance. It warns that providing false information is an offense under multiple acts and regulations, including the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 and the Port Authorities Act 1963.

Please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the New ePermit system. The details are as follows: Date: 11th July 2026 Time: 1500 hours – 1900 hours (3.00 pm – 7.00 pm) Duration: 4 Hours Affected link: https://newepermit.dagangnet.com.my This link will not be accessible during the downtime.

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 5th July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
