ANNOUNCEMENT: AMENDMENTS OF PDK 2022 - IMPOSITION OF EXCISE DUTY ON NICOTINE LIQUID OR GEL PRODUCTS

Reference is made to the above subject.

Please be informed that there are changes to certain tariff lines in Perintah Duti Kastam (PDK) 2022. The changes is related to the imposition of excise duty on nicotine liquid or gel products, which was effective on 1st May 2023.

Please refer to the attached notification from JKDM (BTM).
