Dear Valued Customers,

 

The ePCO, ePERMIT and TFIS Systems; and MITI Customer Service Counter will be closed starting from 1.00PM, 23 June 2017 (Friday) until 28 June 2017 (Wednesday) in conjunction with the Eid Al-Fitr celebration.

The closing date for submission of Cost Analysis (CA), Certificate of Origin (COO) and Approved Permit (AP) applications is 23 June 2017 (Friday) before 1.00PM. The ePCO, ePERMIT and TFIS Systems; and MITI Customer Service Counter will resume operation on 29 June 2017 (Thursday) at 8.00PM.

The Business Advisory Center (BAC) at MITI Kuala Lumpur will be closed from 12 Noon, 23 June 2017 (Friday) until 30 June 2017 (Friday). It will reopen on 3 July 2017 (Monday).

Please be informed that a bug fix deployment will be carried out on the ePCO system today, September 10, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Users are expected to experience minimal to no downtime during this period. We recommend that users to log out, clear browser cache, and re-login once the deployment has been completed.

NOTIFICATION – INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be advised that the Building Services – Ancillary Building Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset ON Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 8th September 2024, from 1000 hours to 1700 hours. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
