ANNOUCEMENT OF MITI SYSTEM, BAC & COUNTER SERVICE CLOSURE IN CONJUCTION WITH EID AL-FITR 2019

ANNOUNCEMENT: TECHNICAL ISSUE WITH E-FORM D FOR IMPORTS FROM INDONESIA AND VIETNAM

Reference is made to the above subject. Please be informed that the Exchange Hub System is currently experiencing technical issues in displaying e-Form D for imports originating from Indonesia and Vietnam.

ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATE OF THE TARIFF RATES FOR EXPANSION OF THE SALES AND SERVICE TAX (SST) SCOPE

Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) in the preparation to update the tariff rates for the expansion of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) scope to be used in both Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK) and the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) systems. The tariff rate update will take effect from 1st June 2025.

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICE DISRUPTION

Please be advised that the National Single Window and the related services will be temporarily disrupted from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, 17th May 2025, due to a scheduled preventive maintenance exercise.
