Dagang Net is making further inroads in preparing for the implementation of uCustoms. As the uCustoms Service Provider, Dagang Net is expected to front the trade community including importers, exporters, shipping agents, traders, manufacturers, forwarders, and warehouse and depot operators, by providing access to the uCustoms trade services.

Dagang Net now offers customers four solutions under the uCustoms platform. In addition, submissions for Journey and Manifest documents to the platform have been successful. The company is also actively undertaking efforts to create awareness among customers on uCustoms implementation.

Prior to this, Dagang Net has successfully achieved key milestones namely completing various stages of readiness. uCustoms, a fully integrated, end-to-end, Customs modernisation solution that delivers Single Window for goods clearance, an initiative lead by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
