NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

Please be informed, with reference to the attached circular and our previous announcement regarding the system downtime that began on 1 April 2026, that Malaysia’s ASW Gateway for sending and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operations as of 6 April 2026.

Electronic submissions and exchanges of Form D with all ASEAN Member States can now proceed as usual.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.

Effective 2 April 2026 until further notice, the issuance of hardcopy Form D has been implemented as an interim measure.

Traders/Exporters are required to follow the necessary procedures to obtain and print the paper-based Form D. Please refer to the attached announcement for detailed scenarios and required actions.
