Reference is made to our earlier notification regarding the suspected technical issue affecting declarations for RCC Port Klang.

In response to the ongoing issue, please be informed that all urgent shipments are to be processed in accordance with the manual SOP until further notice. However, this is subject to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD)’s discretion.

SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTIFICATION: NEW EPERMIT SYSTEM

Please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the New ePermit system. The details are as follows: Date: 24th January 2026 (Saturday) Time: 1500 hours – 1800 hours (3.00 pm – 6.00 pm) Duration: 3 Hours Affected link: https://newepermit.dagangnet.com.my .This link will not be accessible during the downtime.

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).

NOTIFICATION: INTERUPTION OF POWER SUPPLY DUE TO GENSET ON LOAD TEST AT FCZ BUILDING, KLIA

Please be informed that the Building Services (Ancillary) Engineering Division will be conducting a Genset On-Load Test at the FCZ Building, KLIA, on Sunday, 7th December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this period, there will be no normal power supply for a duration of 1 hour. However, the essential power supply will be available within 10 seconds.
