NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM RESUMPTION FOR APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE IN MALAYSIA’S ASW GATEWAY

Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.

NOTIFICATION OF SYSTEM DOWNTIME – EDCFZ

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that the eDCFZ system will be temporarily unavailable to facilitate system maintenance activities. ANNOUCEMENT: NEW FEATURE IN MYBILLING PORTAL – PAST DOCUMENT

We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.” The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.
