In anticipation of the forthcoming 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, kindly be advised that the processing time for the ePermit STA system may be longer than usual. In response to the ongoing issue, please be informed that all urgent shipments are to be processed in accordance with the manual SOP until further notice. However, this is subject to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD)’s discretion.
