ANNOUNCEMENT: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MITI ePCO AND ePERMIT SYSTEM DURING EID Al-FITR 2025

Reference is made to the attached announcement from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI).

In conjunction with the 2025 Eid Al-Fitr celebration, the ePCO and ePERMIT systems will be temporarily closed and will reopen for operation according to the schedule below:

Date of the Eid Al-Fitr*: 31st March 2025 (Monday) - 1st April 2025 (Tuesday)
MITI'S Office: Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak
Date and Time of the System Closure: 29th March 2025 (Saturday) from 12.00 am until 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) 7.59 am
Date and Time of the System Resume Operation: 3rd April 2025 (Thursday) at 8.00 am

ANNOUNCEMENT: ALDEC WEB PRINTING ISSUE

Please be informed that ALDEC Web users are currently experiencing an issue with the "Print Working Note" function. Our team is currently working on a solution and will provide an update once it is available.

SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTIFICATION: ALDEC WEB

With reference to the above subject, please be informed that maintenance activities will be carried out for the ALDEC Web system. During the downtime period, ALDEC Web users may experience difficulties accessing the system and will be unable to perform any transactions. The details are as follows: Date: Wednesday, 5th August 2026 Time: 1230 hours – 1330 hours (12.30 pm – 1.30 pm) Duration: 1 hour

NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF HOUSE MANIFEST SUBMISSION FOR COMPANIES UNDER THE CONFERENCE OF ASIA PACIFIC EXPRESS CARRIERS (CAPEC)

Reference is made to the above matter. Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) has announced that the submission of House Manifest via the Air Manifest System (AMS) by Dagang Net will become mandatory effective 3 August 2026 for companies under the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC).
