IMPORTANT UPDATE: e-INVOICING COMPLIANCE

We are pleased to inform you that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd will fully implement e-Invoicing by January 1, 2025, in compliance with the mandatory regulations set by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).

To ensure a smooth transition, please complete your Company Profile by November 15, 2024. Your cooperation in providing the necessary information according to the IRBM’s e-Invoicing guidelines is greatly appreciated.

How to Update Your Profile:

Option 1:

1. Log in to your Customer Portal account (https://www.mydagangnet.com). Note: Only Admin user can access to “Service Request”.
2. Click on the "Service Request" tab and select "Company Profile”.
3. Under the List of Accounts, choose "Update e-Invoice Profile”.
4. Review and update your company details, including tax and contact information.
5. Click "Save" to confirm your updates.

Option 2:

1. Log in to your Customer Portal account (https://www.mydagangnet.com).
2. Click on the "My Billing" tab and select "My Profile”.
3. Under My Profile, choose "e-Invoice Details”.
4. Review and update your company details, including tax and contact information.
5. Click "Update" to save your changes.
