Please be informed that there will be a new deployment exercise for eMS System as per the following details:

Time/Duration: From 12.00 PM to 01.00 PM (1 Hour)
Activity: New deployment for eManifest Composite Form (K4, K4B, K5 and NIL) and K5 Form (K6)

Please be informed the existing manifest forms as below will remain until further notice.

During the entire duration for the scheduled downtime, links to the eMS System application at https://newemanifest.dagangnet.com.my/ will NOT be available.

Therefore, to minimize disruption to your business operations, you are advised to plan ahead your activities and transactions.

With reference to the attached announcement by MITI. Please be informed that the system for transmitting and receiving electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) has resumed normal operation as of 1 July 2025. This follows the earlier disruption caused by a technical issue in Malaysia’s ASW Gateway, which began on 8 June 2025.

ALDEC UPDATE: TARIFF CODE DOWNLOAD REQUIRED FOR SST CHANGES

With reference to our earlier announcement (Ref No: DNT/NSW/RMCD-SST/20250630-001) on the expansion of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) effective 1 July 2025, all ALDEC users are advised to download the latest Tariff Code (TC) from the Lookup Table to ensure the correct SST rate is applied in the system.
