This is to inform that the ePCO system will be enhanced with new features to accommodate the new ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) Operational Certification Procedure (OCP) which has been gazetted as follows:

ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATE OF THE TARIFF RATES FOR EXPANSION OF THE SALES AND SERVICE TAX (SST) SCOPE

Please be informed that the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) in the preparation to update the tariff rates for the expansion of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) scope to be used in both Sistem Maklumat Kastam (SMK) and the Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) systems. The tariff rate update will take effect from 1st June 2025.
