NOTIFICATION : IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC AFFIXED SIGNATURE AND SEAL ON ATIGA FORM D FOR EXPORTATION TO THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNION OF MYANMAR

Reference made to the attached announcement from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). Effective 29 June 2020 until further notice, Malaysian exporters exporting to other ports in Myanmar except Yangon port (Port code MMRGN) may submit the paper-based ATIGA Form D with electronically affixed signature and seal to their importers and no longer need to be physically present at the MITI Service Counter for manual endorsement.

Exporters need to ensure:

1. The ASEAN Single Window (ASW) consent box in the ePCO system is not ticked so that the official signature and seal will be electronically affixed on the Form D.

2. To submit the Duplicate copy of the PCO to MITI Service Counter at Menara MITI or MITI Regional Offices for record on a monthly basis.

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
