ASEAN Secretariat through the ASEAN USAID-IGNITE is now seeking feedback on the operation of ASW with the aim to improve the current operation of the Electronic Certificate of Origin (ATIGA E-FORM D).

With reference to the attached announcement from Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). ASEAN Secretariat through the ASEAN USAID-IGNITE is now seeking feedback on the operation of ASW with the aim to improve the current operation of the Electronic Certificate of Origin (ATIGA E-FORM D).

Please be informed that Malaysia is currently experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway since 1 April 2026, caused by issues affecting the production environment. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) with ASEAN Member States are temporarily unavailable.
