NOTIFICATION : LIVE OPERATION OF ASEAN SINGLE WINDOW (ASW) BY THE LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC AND REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

With reference to the attached announcement from Ministry Of International Trade And Industry (MITI), we are pleased to inform that starting 23 December 2019, The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Republic Of The Philippines is ready to join the other eight (8) participating member states (Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) in exchanging the Electronic Preferential Certificates Of Origin (ATIGA E-FORM D) via the ASEAN Single Window platform.

Exporters from Malaysia will be able to exchange the E-FORM D to The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Republic Of The Philippines via ePCO System starting Monday, 30 December 2019.

DNeX appeals High Court’s decision on Dagang Net

Cyberjaya, 9 December 2025 – Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”), in consultation with its external legal counsel, has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court decision handed down on 5 December 2025 on its wholly-owned subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Dagang Net”).
