Please be informed that Dagang Net Technologies will be upgrading it’s ePermit application for application to MAQIS - FAMA.

For any new application of permit, the service shall not be available from : 1st August 2019 (07:30hours to 11:30hours).

Kindly ensure that all permit application via https:// epermit.dagangnet.com.my are approved before 1st August 2019 (07:30hours).

NOTIFICATION OF ASW GATEWAY DOWNTIME IMPACTING APPLICATIONS OF PREFERENTIAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PCO) UNDER ASEAN TRADE IN GOODS AGREEMENT (ATIGA) TO ASEAN MEMBER STATES

Please be informed that Malaysia has been experiencing a technical disruption at the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) Gateway due to B2Bi service issues in the production environment since 3rd February 2026. As a result, the transmission and receipt of electronic Form D (e-Form D) under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) are temporarily unavailable. During this period, the Malaysian authority has reverted to the issuance of hardcopy Form D until further notice.
