We are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new feature in the MyBilling Portal, namely “Past Document.”
The new “Past Document” feature will be deployed on 21st September 2026 and allows customers to self-request billing documents that are no longer available within the standard three (3)-month document display period in the MyBilling Portal.
