A web-based application system for exporters to apply for Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin ("NPCO") has gone live on 1 October 2019. Called eNPCO, the eService helps to identify the origin of goods, and can only be issued by chambers or trade associations appointed by Ministry of International Trade and Industry ("MITI").

Malaysian Textile Manufacturers Association ("MTMA") is the first chamber to kick off eNPCO and has subsequently conducted an awareness talk for its members in three locations namely Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Penang. Dagang Net will engage other chambers or trade associations to offer eNPCO for their online CO processing.
