Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd ("iAC"), a subsidiary of DNeX, recently hosted a group of human resource ("HR") practitioners from renowned companies and organisations to discuss issues facing HR in the future.

Titled Reimagining HR for Tomorrow, the event served as a platform to discuss new challenges faced by HR practitioners in the wake of Industry 4.0 as well as how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data can benefit management and operations of HR function.

Speakers at the event included Encik Ab Rahim Yusoff, Deputy Director General Quality Excellence & Development of Malaysia Productivity Corporation; Puan Nuraslina Zainal Abidin, Chief Executive Officer of iAC; Mr Prakash Ramnath, Director, Global Marketing & Partnership RAMCO; and Mr Sheikh Manzoor Ghani, Executive Director of SAS Malaysia.

It also offers such features as dashboard reporting; reconciliation and automated alert mechanism; traceability and monitoring of goods; fraud detection; and risk management.
