NOTICE ON uCUSTOMS UNAVAILABILITY FOR UNSPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME

Reference is made to the letter from the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) on the above, as attached.

Please be noted that RMCD will shutdown the uCustoms system for unspecified period of time. Following is the advice from RMCD with regards to the shutdown of uCustoms:

1. All declarations to RMCD for modules such as Journey, Manifest & Customs Declaration (K1/K2) that are currently being submitted to uCustoms are required to revert to SMK format beginning from 20th December 2020.
2. All declarations already submitted to uCustoms before or by 19th December 2020 must be completed by 30th December 2020.

Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) will issue notice on the above from time to time upon receiving latest updates from RMCD.

ANNOUNCEMENT : IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND SEAL THROUGH THE EPCO SYSTEM FOR CPTPP, ACFTA, AIFTA, MICECA AND MTFTA

Please be inform that, MITI will implement electronic endorsement of the Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) by electronically affixed signature and official seal through the ePCO system for CPTPP, ACFTA, AIFTA, MICECA and MTFTA. The PCO approved for the abovementioned FTAs will be electronically endorsed and exporter will no longer be required to do a manual endorsement.
