KUALA LUMPUR May 18 - Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance (PAA) which groups eight major e-commerce service providers in the region, will be holding its 15th steering committee meeting in Langkawi from May 20-21.

Among other things, it will discuss and report on the significant progress in the areas of cross-border transaction services, mutual recognition of public key infrastructure (PKI), the Pan-Asian portal and cargo tracking service.

PAA, established in July 2000, is the first regional e-Commerce alliance in Asia that promotes and provides a secured and reliable IT infrastructure and facilities for efficient trade and logistics globally.
