Analyst Programmer

(Kuala Lumpur – Bangsar South City)

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational-level programming for application systems development or enhancements in accordance to the SDLC.
• Analyze application requirements and design specifications for the development of new applications or enhancement to existing applications.
• Code, debug and test new application or enhancement to existing applications.
• Confer with users to gain better understanding of application requirements.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Must have - programming (J2EE, Java), Good understanding of object-oriented concept, Experience in developing web applications, Troubleshooting and Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge in SQL/Oracle database/Struts framework/Crystal Report is an added advantage.
• Key quality (s): Able to work independently, team player, quick learner, proactive, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work long hours and on weekend or public holiday when required.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Desired experience/exposure: 2 year(s) related working experience in the related field preferably junior executives specializing in hands-on programming or equivalent.

System Analyst

(Kuala Lumpur – Bangsar South City)

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level of expertise in the design and provide assistance in the development of any new application software, enhancement of the Company’s existing applications as well as the maintenance of those applications.
• Perform operational-level programming and system analysis functions for routine application systems.
• Analyze functional requirements and conceptual design for the development of new product or enhancement to existing product.
• Ensure that development is completed per the functional specifications standards through the relevant test (Quality Assurance and System Integration Testing/SIT).
• Assist in the preparation of Solution Proposals for new business product requirements.
• Develop and oversee the development of the User Guide and Standard Operating Procedures/SOP for any new applications or enhancements done to existing applications.
• Provide technical consultancy and advisory to other departments on new application or enhancement on existing applications.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Experience in J2EE/Java/Oracle database and knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge in Struts framework/XML/UNIX is an added advantage.
• Key quality (s): Able to work independently, team player, quick learner, proactive, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Desired experience/exposure: More than 3 year(s) of strong application development experience with multiple complete SDLC exposure in J2EE/Java environment.
• Gender: Any gender.
