We are pleased to announce an upgrade to Dagang Net’s Careline interactive voice response (“IVR”) system aimed to better serve you - our valued customers.
Accessible at 1300133133, you will now have access to a range of value-added services including to:
• Check account status (active / suspended)
• Request for statement of account to be emailed
• Enquire CIMB account number for payment purposes
• Check status of registration
• Access broadcast of key announcements
All customers are advised to have their account number, EDI mailbox, registration and existing report number available when contacting Careline to enjoy a smooth transaction.
The IVR upgrade is part of ongoing initiatives to improve our services to you, along with our one stop portal for customers, myDAGANGNET (accessible at mydagangnet.com) and mobile app.
