What Is DutyNet?
DutyNet is the first Internet-based Customs duty payment system jointly developed by Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd (Dagang Net) and CIMB Bank Berhad (CIMB Bank) to facilitate the preparation and submission of Customs duty payment via the Internet. It is an e-payment system to facilitate payment beyond banking hours ("extended banking hours"). DutyNet is supported by the Royal Malaysian Customs (RMC).

Transactions can be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week, breaking the norm in operating beyond banking hours.

Register with CIMB Bank's internet banking portal, CIMB Biz-Channel. Application forms can be printed out from www.cimbbizchannel.com. Subscribers must be account holders of CIMB Bank.

Customs duty payment via DutyNet can be made 24 hours, 7 days a week.
